purchased 9 total windows from Tom Adams Windows and very happy with the entire experience. I worked with Kyle Dobrosky at their outlet - he was knowledgeable, responsive, and helped with all of my questions during the process. I purchased the windows in two orders that were made a few weeks apart, and when I went back for the final order Kyle showed me all of the options for the new sizes, grids, styles, etc. The first five windows arrived a week earlier than expected which was great, and Kyle let me know right away and then helped me look them over and ultimately load them into my vehicle for safe transport. Those five are already installed and I couldn't be happier with the results. Next year I plan on replacing the second floor windows of the home and will absolutely be returning to Tom Adams Outlet to work with Kyle again.
